Rhythm & Rally Cancellation and Refund Policies
Camps
No refunds will be processed for any missed portion, days or weeks for adult or youth camps. The full cancellation terms are detailed in the terms and conditions when registering for the camp.
Court Reservations
Private court reservations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the designated start time will be fully refunded. No refunds will be processed for cancellations within 24 hours or for any reason after a player checks in. Private court reservations will be cancelled if no one on the reservation has arrived by 10 minutes following the designated start time. No refunds will be processed. No shows will not receive refunds. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Leagues
The opt-in cut-off for all leagues is two (2) hours prior to the designated start time. Opt outs/cancellations at least two (2) hours in advance of the designated start time will be fully refunded. No refunds will be processed for cancellations within two (2) hours or for any reason after a player checks in. No shows will not receive refunds. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Memberships
All Rhythm & Rally membership cancellations require a 60-day written notice. The membership cancellation form must be requested and completed by the primary member. Verbally communicated cancellations of any kind will not be accepted. Members will be responsible for all monthly dues until the cancellation is effective at the end of the 60-day period. Membership benefits will continue through the final billing period. If, for any reason, a past due balance should be on the account, cancellations will not be accepted until any/all outstanding dues have been settled. There is no refund for previously paid dues or any paid-in-full contract.
Open Play
Open Play reservations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the designated start time will be fully refunded. No refunds will be processed for cancellations within 24 hours or for any reason after a player checks in. No shows will not receive refunds. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Private Events
All private events booked through our Pickleball Sports Manager require a non-refundable deposit. The full terms of cancellation are detailed in the terms and conditions of each signed event agreement.
Private Lessons
Private lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the designated start time will be fully refunded. The cancellation must be communicated to the instructor directly. No refunds will be processed for cancellations within 24 hours or for any reason after a player checks in. No shows will not receive refunds. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Round Robins and Blind Draws
Reservations for round robins and blind draws cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the designated start time will be fully refunded. No refunds will be processed for cancellations within 24 hours or for any reason after a player checks in. No shows will not receive refunds. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Tournaments
Player refund policies are at the discretion of the event organizer. Please refer to the tournament’s website or contact the event organizer for more details.
Other Programming
Other programming not listed above may include, but is not limited to, events presented by Rhythm & Rally such as industry nights, educational/beginner courses or clinics, etc. Reservations for these sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the designated start time will be fully refunded. No refunds will be processed for cancellations within 24 hours or for any reason after a player checks in. No shows will not receive refunds. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Rhythm & Rally FAQ
Where is Rhythm & Rally located?
Our address is 3661 Eisenhower Parkway, Macon, GA 31206 and you can find us in the old Macon Mall. The easiest and most direct entrance to use is off of Mercer University Drive opposite the plaza with Rack Room Shoes, Ollie’s, CitiTrends, etc.
Who can play?
Everyone! Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the country and fun for all ages and abilities. At Rhythm & Rally, there is no charge for children under the age of 7, but we strongly encourage parents or guardians to be mindful of other players and consider booking a reserved court when introducing very young players to the game.
Do I have to be a member to play?
No. Membership is not required, but you will need a CourtReserve account. We recommend the mobile app (Apple | Android). This app is free to download and easy to use. Save time by registering for a “Visitor” account in CourtReserve before heading our way.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. All guests entering our facility must have a signed waiver on file. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on their first visit to sign the waiver if it has not been completed through CourtReserve in advance.
When can I play?
Standard business hours are 10am to 8pm from Monday through Saturday and 1pm to 8pm on Sundays.
Do I need to reserve a court?
That is up to you! Notwithstanding previously scheduled tournaments, Courts 9-16 are always available for skill-based open-play for just $5 per player. Reservations may be made through CourtReserve on our remaining 24 courts on a first-come, first-served basis for $15 per player.
How can I reserve a court?
After logging into your CourtReserve account, both visitors and members are able to easily create their own reservations. Navigate to the “Reservations” tab on the mobile app or website to view availability and book your court!
Do I need to bring a paddle?
No. Rental paddles and balls are available in the Drop Shop for $4 each.
Can I bring my pet into the facility?
Unfortunately, no dogs or other pets are permitted in the facility. Documented service animals are welcome.
I would like to book a private event, tournament or party. Who should I contact?

What is your outside food and beverage policy?
Outside food and beverage is limited to individual bottled drinks and small personal snacks. No coolers or meals are permitted unless an event has been booked through our Pickleball Sports Manager. Guests are welcome to purchase snacks and drinks from the Drop Shop and a full-service kitchen is coming soon!
